Come Join Us –Charley Boy Begs 2face Idibia

Written by olaitan

Legendary Nigerian activist Charles Oputa who has been on a mission to see President Mohamadu Buhari resign or return to his duty post in Aso Rock, seems lost as to why many Nigerian celebrities who should be influencers of public opinion have not come out to join him in the protest that has shifted base from Abuja to Lagos.

In a short video clip and a one line message Charley Boy called fellow living Legend Innocent Ojah Idibia a.k.a 2baba to say something about the state of the Nation he wrote “2Face Say something. See our country.”

Recall that 2baba, early this year, wanted to launch a protest against Buhari’s administration, but did not continue, because of ‘security challenges’.

However, 2baba promised that even though his Protest’ did not hold, he would continue to speak out for Nigerians. Perhaps this could be the reason Charley Boy expected 2face to speak up now.

Charly Boy is the leader and founder of ‘Our Mumu Don Do’ campaign, a platform he set up to protest the dearth of quality leadership in Nigeria.

Our Mumu Don Do had a successful peaceful protest in Lagos and later in Imo State.
